At DJShopStores.com, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened DJ accessories (e.g. styluses, cables, headphone pads)

  • Software or digital products

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Gift cards

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email returns@djshopstores.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Include photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

  3. Wait for our team to approve the return and provide shipping instructions

Returns without prior approval may be refused.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage.

  • DJShopStores.com is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@djshopstores.com

  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging

  • We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days:

  • First, check your bank or credit card account

  • Then contact your payment provider—it may take additional time to process

  • If it still hasn’t arrived, email us at support@djshopstores.com
